Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please note due to the NSW Government Lockdown, there maybe delays in delivering your order. We will do our utmost best to make sure your mooncakes are delivered in time before the Mid-Autumn Festival on 21st September.

If you have an urgent order, please opt-in to Pick Up your order at our store, and your order will be ready within 1-2 hours.

Delivery Fees

Our default delivery fee is a flat rate of $20 within 40km of our Cabramatta branch.

There is free delivery for orders above $100.

Delivery Partners

We use a combination of internal staff delivery and local couriers as our default delivery options.

We will contact you when your order has been processed and has been sent to our delivery partner. We will do our best to give you an estimated date/time of delivery depending on the delivery partner we use for the size and location of your order.

If a local courier is being used, we will contact you with a tracking number, and you can track the progress of your online order.

If our internal staff delivery is being used, our staff will contact you on the day of your delivery and give you a delivery window time of when they will arrive with your order. This is to ensure that you will be home to collect the delivery.

If you will not be home, you can authorise an ATL (Authority to Leave) to our delivery driver and inform them where to place your delivery in a safe location within your address such as your front door, back door, garage, etc.


*If an ATL is authorised, our delivery driver will send you Proof of Delivery. Please bear in mind that in the unfortunate event that your order is stolen, we are not responsible for theft. However, we make every effort to make sure such event does not happen prior to your delivery.

If you are unavailable the day of your delivery window and do not authorise an ATL, please contact us to organise another day and time that you would be home for us to deliver your order.

Pick up In Store

If you have chosen to pick up your order in store, please wait for SMS/email notification before picking up your order. We'll let you know once your order is ready.

Please head over to our cashier counter and inform the staff you have a pickup order and quote your name, order number, and show your order confirmation text/email.
